SUSTAINABILITY POLICY

Our child guests are very valuable to us and are the people who will ensure the continuation of sustainability in tourism. We want them to leave with happy, beautiful and unforgettable memories during their stay. It is our primary responsibility to watch and protect our children against all kinds of psychological, physical, commercial, etc. exploitation.
No child labor (intern) is employed in our facility except for education, and we expect the same sensitivity from all our collaborators.
We inform our employees against child abuse and try to raise awareness that such actions should never be tolerated.
In order to protect natural resources and fulfill our legal obligations, we monitor our energy and water usage, take saving measures and include our employees and guests with the information and training we provide.
In our purchasing policy, we pay attention to the fact that the products we purchase are nature-friendly, consume less energy, produce less waste, have large packaging and, if possible, are recycled.
We offer equal opportunities to all our employees, regardless of gender, in terms of wages, promotion, responsibility and assignment.
We do not allow our female employees to be exposed to harassment, discrimination, or coercion.
